When can I book a workshop?

Our Spring STEM Workshops can be booked between May 13th and June 14th, 2024.

Most school schedules can be accommodated! Please email: svworkshops@uvic.ca to discuss!


How much do workshops cost?

Book more, save more! 1 workshop = $120; 2 workshops = $110/workshop; 3+ workshops = $100/workshop

How to Book a Workshop

Step 1:

Assign a lead for your school to collect the following information and track using our Workshop Reservation Form:

  • Teacher Name

  • Room Number

  • Workshop Topic(s)

  • Grade(s)

  • Number of Students

Step 2:

Email completed forms to svworkshops@uvic.ca. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm requested dates and schedule workshops.

Step 3:

Once workshops have been booked into our calendar, we will send a confirmation email.
