Available programs in 2026
In our Maker Camps, youth are introduced to fundamental concepts in engineering, tinkering, coding, and computer science. From simple machines to engineering design challenges, from coding to robotics, instructors bring their expertise from various technical areas to create innovative, fun, enriching experiences that improve the campers' creative problem-solving skills.
In our STEM-U Camps, instructors build science-focused programs that help youth explore and understand the world around them in ways they never have before! Hands-on experiments, lab activities, and experiential learning in science make up the core of these programs, run by instructors with expertise from any scientific background!
The Ocean Explorers camp returns from 2016! Instructors will co-create a program focused on the infinite wonders of our oceans! This program will span the fields of marine biology, oceanography, environmental science, ocean-sourced energy, and more, as youth deep dive into the incredible complexity of earth’s largest biomes.
The AstroLab Program is an opportunity for youth to literally reach for the stars! Instructors will build a multidisciplinary program exploring beyond Earth’s atmosphere. From rocketry and aerospace engineering to astrophysics and planetary astronomy, the team will bring their diverse expertise to create an out-of-this-world experience for youth who want to learn more about space!
Science Venture’s Codemaker camps are designed to equip youth with the skills and tools they need to navigate our increasingly digital world. Instructors bring their computer science and software skills to build a program where campers learn the fundamentals of logic and coding or take their existing skills to the next level! Eat, Sleep, Code, Repeat.
Our inaugural Minecraft Architects camp, campers will seek to use one of the world’s most popular video games as an engaging educational tool! Staff will use Minecraft to teach engineering design concepts, learn about circuits using Redstone, and complete group challenges.
In our Robotics camps, instructors will build a program where, using a variety of user-friendly tool and market products like TinkerCAD, Micro:Bits and Arduinos, students will practice both digital and physical design.
