Presented by Science Venture in collaboration with UVic’s Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, and ONWIE (Ontario Network of Women in Engineering), Go CODE Girl is a national event held by Universities across Canada.  

Go CODE Girl 2024

Technology is revolutionizing our world, and those who code hold the power of change in their hands.

Come discover the digital skills that will drive tomorrow’s coolest communications, imaginative innovations and essential societal enhancements. Open to girls and non-binary youth in grades 6-12, Go CODE Girl will introduce you to the wide range of career possibilities available in the rapidly-growing fields of technology, computing and software engineering.

*We have an inclusive view of the word 'girl'. We welcome any non-binary, two-spirit, trans, genderqueer and gender nonconforming youth to take part in this event.

Go CODE Girl 2024 will take place at the University of Victoria on Saturday March 2nd, 2024 (10:00 am to 3:00 pm).
