About Virtual Clubs

 

What is a Science Venture Club?

During the school year, Science Venture offers after school and weekend clubs that explore science, engineering, and technology.  Activities are developed and delivered by our Science Venture Staph. For Winter 2023, we will be running one virtual STEM club.

When do club sessions run?

Our club programs run for 7 weeks in the Winter.  The online sessions last between 1 and 1.5 hours, depending on the age group, and involve all new hands-on STEM activities.   

The Winter 2023 club will occur the following days: Jan 20, Jan 27, Feb 3, Feb 10, Feb 17, Mar 3, Mar 10.

What is the Cost?

The cost of clubs is $50 for 7 sessions.

Where Does Clubs Take place?

All of our Winter 2023 Clubs will be held online in our virtual Maker Space. Links to the program will be provided one week prior to the start of clubs.

 

Science Venture is a network member organization of Actua.  Actua provides training, resources and support to its national network of members located at universities and colleges across Canada in the delivery of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education outreach programming.
