We will begin accepting Workshop Reservation Forms on Monday, March 9th, 2026

  • 1 workshop = $120

  • 2 workshops = $110/workshop

  • 3+ workshops = $100/workshop

How to Book a Workshop

Step 1:

Assign a lead for your school to collect the following information and track using our Workshop Reservation Form:

  • Teacher Name

  • Room Number

  • Workshop Topic(s)

  • Grade(s)

  • Number of Students

Step 2:

Email completed forms to svworkshops@uvic.ca. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm requested dates and schedule workshops.

Step 3:

Once workshops have been booked into our calendar, we will send a confirmation email.
