Ocean Explorers 

The Ocean Explorers program takes campers on an underwater adventure filled with marine science, hands-on experiments, and creative projects inspired by the sea. Campers will explore the wonders of our blue planet in fun and engaging ways.

This program is divided into two groups based on the grade your child is entering in the Fall:

  • Grade 3/4

  • Grade 5/6

Bot-Builders  

Build it. Code it. Make it move! Bot-Builders will dive into the exciting world of robotics and engineering. Using tools and hands-on challenges, campers will learn what it takes to design, build, and program a robot, while also learning problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking skills.

This program is divided into two groups based on the grade your child is entering in the Fall:

  • Grade 7/8

AstroLab

Launch into STEM with AstroLab! This program invites campers to explore planets, stars, rockets, and the mysteries of the universe. Through interactive experiments, inquiry, and observations, young scientists will discover what it means to think like an astronomer.

EcoSTEM at Swan Lake immerses campers in hands-on, place-based learning through guided hikes, environmental monitoring, field games, and meaningful habitat restoration projects. With both A-Week and B-Week options, campers can enjoy varied experiences while building STEM skills, environmental awareness, and a lasting connection to and care for the natural world. Please note this entire program will be located off-campus at the Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary.

Camp Cost

  • 5-day Camp Week: $350.00

  • 4-day Camp Week: $280.00

Cancellation Policy

Science Venture operates as a non-profit organization and incurs substantial fees for each cancellation. The later the cancellation, the harder it is for us to fill the spot with somebody on the waitlist. To offset these costs, our cancellation and transfer policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 business days before the program’s start date: 100% refund of program price, minus a $50 cancellation fee

  • 7 business days or less before the program’s start date: 50% refund of program price

  • After 9am the Friday before the program’s start date: no refund provided
